Hi,

It’s become a bit of a tradition for me to write a year in review. This is the ninth year in a row.

I’ve just published my look back at 2025 and wanted to share it with you. Toward the end of the year, I decided to step down from Summer Health after nearly three and a half years and return to running my own studio — a form of work that’s always felt closest to how I think and operate.

Beyond work, it was a different kind of year than most. Less about pushing forward, more about finishing things properly. I shipped something I’d been carrying for a long time, got married, travelled a bit, and spent a lot of time walking — thinking, not planning.

The post covers work, writing, and life. It’s less career-focused than usual and a bit more personal. If you’ve been following along for a while, it’ll probably make sense why.
